Welcome to the home of Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka, an initiative of The Chamber of Commerce of St. Joseph County Indiana.  Established in 1974, Leadership develops 21^st century community leaders using the servant leader model developed by Robert Greenleaf. 

Each year, approximately 40 adults who live and/or work in South Bend and Mishawaka and 40 youths from the area high schools, receive training in leadership skills and gain a new perspective on their community through in-depth examination facilitated by top community leaders from both the public and private sector.  The goal of Leadership is for the participants to recognize the leader within and commit to a life of personal stewardship of the community.
